## Questions people ask

- Do I pay anything during the free 6 months? No. You do not need a card to sign up and nothing is charged until your trial ends.
- How do I pay after that? Monthly, by M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or card, from inside the app.
- Can I start with one module and add more? Yes. Start with what you need and switch modules on as you grow. If a plan becomes cheaper than your modules, we will point it out.
- Can my accountant use it too? Yes. Invite your accountant or bookkeeper and choose exactly what they can see and do.
- Is my data safe? Each business has its own address and its own books. Sign-in supports two-step verification with an authenticator app and passkeys, and every change is recorded in the audit trail.
- When do I start paying? After six months. Signing up needs no card and nothing is charged during the trial.
- Which payment methods do you take? M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money and cards, paid from the billing page in the app.
- Can I switch plans later? Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Modules can be switched on and off the same way.
